After the computer is turned on, it shows dns error
There are a few reasons why you might be getting a DNS error after your computer is turned on. Here are a few things you can check:
Check your internet connection. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and that the connection is working properly. You can do this by opening a web browser and trying to visit a website.
Check your DNS settings. Your DNS settings are used to translate website addresses into IP addresses. If your DNS settings are incorrect, you may get a DNS error. You can check your DNS settings in your network adapter settings.
Restart your router. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix a DNS error. To restart your router, unplug it from the power outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Contact your internet service provider. If you've checked all of the above and you're still getting a DNS error, contact your internet service provider. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Here are some additional tips that may help you fix a DNS error:
Use a different DNS server. Your internet service provider may provide you with a DNS server, but you can also use a different DNS server, such as Google's DNS server (8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS's DNS server (208.67.222.222).
Flush your DNS cache. Your computer stores a cache of DNS records, which can sometimes become outdated. To flush your DNS cache, open a command prompt as an administrator and type the following command:
ipconfig /flushdns
Update your network drivers. Your network drivers may be out of date, which can cause DNS errors. To update your network drivers, go to your computer manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for your network adapter.
Scan for malware. Malware can sometimes cause DNS errors. To scan for malware, run a scan with your antivirus software.
Reset your computer to factory settings. If you've tried all of the above and you're still getting a DNS error, you may need to reset your computer to factory settings. This will erase all of the data on your computer, so be sure to back up your data before you do this.
